2009 CADC SILVER Award
The developer hired silver creative to help position 2 Gold as the premier residential building in lower Manhattan’s Financial District. Inspired by the neighborhoods classic charm and the building’s vintage architecture I created a brand reminiscent of the roaring 20’s. Using the lack of photography to my advantage, I ditched computer-rendered imagery and envisioned an old world illustrative style with a modern twist. My concept came to life through a collaboration of my sketches and the illustrator’s final drawings. The campaign includes a website, brochure, floor plans, online banners, outdoor signage, leasing office graphics, print display ads and classified advertising. The success of 2 Gold surpassed the company’s other holdings.
